In 1978 my dad purchased an apple orchard (Apple Cart Fruits) and has been farming ever since. The market has changed and so has his farm, diversifying and transitioning to organic.
Several years ago I developed the recipe for Apple Salsa as a way to add value to my dad's apples. It is a dream realized to bring this product to market. A few hundred pounds of apples this year and next year...hopefully more!
In 2013 I began buying most of the peppers, tomatoes, and onions from Iris Rock Farm (my mom's organic farm)!
The best parts of our family come to you in the salsa, a little sweet, a little fire, and bit of Okanogan earthiness in every bite.
